Our Projects
New Life Company
A five-story woodworking factory with a total area of 15,000 m², in addition to an office floor and two floors of residential apartments for the owner with an area of 3,000 m².
Systems installed in the project:
– Design and installation of a fire fighting network with all its requirements, including sprinklers, fire cabinets, fire pipes, clamps, fittings, and extinguishers. Execution was based on plans approved by the Civil Defense, and a suitable UL-listed fire pump was installed with a capacity of 1000 GPM at 10 bar.
– Installation of a central liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) system to supply building services and the boiler room via a 3-ton gas tank, including the associated central gas piping network, manifolds, and valves. All work was performed under the supervision and approval of the Civil Defense and the Standards and Metrology authorities.
– Installation of a central heating system for the residences and offices with a total area of 3,000 m², utilizing Italian Unical boilers with a heating capacity of 220 kW, distributed across 50 radiators via manifolds located within the residential apartments.
– Installation of a central VRF cooling system from Midea with a cooling capacity of up to 70 tons, featuring 7 outdoor units connected to 50 indoor units of various types, including cassette, ducted, and wall-mounted units.
– Installation of modern decorative gas fireplaces in the offices and salon, with each unit capable of heating an area of 80 m².
– Fire alarm and suppression systems for enclosed spaces: Clean Agent System:
– Installation of the FM200 system for electrical panels and transformer rooms, in addition to the installation of a dry chemical powder system in the room
Al-Shorooq Tanweerat Company for Electrical Appliances and Tools
Design and implementation of a water sprinkler system equipped with a UL-listed fire pump (capacity: 500 GPM / 6 bar) covering the entire company area of 5,200 m², executed in accordance with plans approved by the Civil Defense.
Central Shoes and Clothing Company
Installation of a fire hose reel system and an addressable early fire alarm system for the company's warehouses, which cover a total area of 1,200 m².
Al-Sartawi Furniture and Furnishings Company
A furniture factory with a total area of 7,000 m² had the following systems installed inside:
Supply and installation of a central gas system of 4 tons, distributed through a gas network across 4 paint ovens, in addition to burners and gas warning detectors.
Supply and installation of a fire suppression system using water hoses, along with fire cabinets, a fire pump, and a firefighting pipe network.
